Reference is made to the series of announcements on Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak. The Government of Malaysia has decided to restrict the entry into Malaysia from these following countries:

I. People Republic of China (PRC) from Wuhan City, Hubei, Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces (effective 9 February 2020)
II. Republic of Korea; (effective 13 March 2020)
III. Italy (effective 13 March 2020)
IV. Iran (effective 13 March 2020)

ALL NATIONALITIES who were present at any points of entry from these countries within 14 days before entering Malaysia:

I. China – Wuhan City, Hubei, Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces (effective 9 February 2020)
II. Republic of Korea (effective 13 March 2020)
III. Italy (effective 13 March 2020)
IV. Iran (effective 13 March 2020)
V. Japan - Hokkaido Island (effective 6 March 2020)

Therefore, all new applications for nationalities mentioned and visitors who were present at any points of entry mentioned within 14 days before entering Malaysia submitted to ESD Online and RP-T Online will not be processed until further notice.
