ADD DEPENDENT & SOCIAL VISIT PASS
As a Resident Pass – Talent holder you can bring your spouse, children aged 18 and below as your dependent in Malaysia. Spouse* and children aged 18 and below are eligible to work and study* in Malaysia under the RP-T pass.
As for parents, parents in laws, common law spouse and children aged 18 – 24 years old are eligible to apply for Social Visit Pass (SVP) under the main principal. SVP holder will be granted a one-year pass for a maximum of 5 years.

*Spouse refers to a legally married spouse according to the Malaysian Government’s law.
*This is only applicable to children under 18 years who are pursuing their primary/secondary education in Malaysia (higher/tertiary education is not included).
Important Notes:
Please note that the SVP holder (for children between 18 to 24 years old) is not married, is not studying, or working in Malaysia, and is still under the financial support of the main principal.

Log in with existing user ID and password to access application.
Go to Approval Tab and select Dependants/SVP – Add new Dependants.
Click Add button and proceed to fill in details on Page 1 until Page 3 (whichever applicable) and upload all required documents on Page 4
Make payment online (Application fee)
Submit Application for Stage 1-Approval (process will take 21 working days, subject to complete submission and processing capacity by the authorities)
Once approved, you will need to initiate the Stage 2-Endorsement Stage in the system
Go to “Upload Documents” – required documents will be mentioned in the system.
Make payment online (Processing fee)
Submit application (process will take 14 working days, subject to complete submission and processing capacity by the authorities)
Once approved for the pass printing (final stage), you will receive email notification to proceed with online Immigration Payment for pass printing (final stage).

- A copy of dependant's passport (all pages, including front and back cover, and in colour)
- Certified True Copy (CTC) of marriage/birth certificates by the embassy*
- Passport-sized photo with light blue background
- Other supporting documents (if any)

2.Social Visit Pass holder (SVP) – for parents, parents-in-law, and common law spouse
- A copy of the SVP's passport (all pages, including front and back cover, and in colour)
- Certified True Copy (CTC)* of:
i. RP-T applicant's birth certificate (if SVP is the applicant's parent)
ii. Spouse's birth certificate (if SVP is the applicant's parent-in-law)
iii. Affidavit on the relationship status issued by the embassy (if SVP is the applicant's common law spouse)- Passport-sized photo with light blue background
- Personal Bond Form (duly stamped by Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia and submitted within the 3-months validity from stamping date))
- Other supporting documents (if any)

3.Social Visit Pass holder (SVP) (if any) – for children between 18 to 24 years old
- A copy of the SVP's passport (all pages, including front and back cover, and in colour)
- Certified True Copy (CTC) of birth certificate*
- Statutory declaration issued by Commissioner of Oath and validated by the embassy*
- Passport-sized photo with light blue background
- Personal Bond Form (duly stamped by Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia and submitted within the 3-months validity from stamping date))
- Other supporting documents (if any)
