PASS DELIVERY AND PASS PRINTING AT ESC KLIA

Pursuant to our announcement on 1st October 2021, we have implemented a robust online data platform and service-oriented system to better support and meet the requirements of employers for expatriates. Our goal is to effectively process applications for the Residence Pass - Talent (RP-T), ensuring a seamless experience for the applicants.


Below are the services that have been introduced.

  1. Online endorsement and online payment (Internet Banking or Credit/Debit Card) facilities for Immigration Fee payment will be available on our portal. This will reduce the need for physical documents, eliminate in-person payments, and reduce visits to the Immigration Department and MYXpats Centre.
  2. Delivery of Endorsed Pass for RP-T and its related passes. This will eliminate the need for travel and reduce public movement and will contain safety measures for National Security purposes.
  3. ESD Satellite Centre (ESC) at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport 1 (KLIA 1) to provides services to eligible pass holders (New application only), so that they may obtain their Pass once arrived in Malaysia.
A. DELIVERY OF ENDORSED PASS
After the endorsement stage has been approved, the applicant can proceed with the payment of Immigration fees via online and initiate the process of pass printing through the RP-T website. The applicant also has the option to specify their preferred delivery address.
This is how you can find out how to initiate the delivery of endorsed pass.
STEP 1

Payment of Immigration fees via e-payment online.



STEP 2
Initiate pass printing via RP-T online, upload the required documents and submit the application


STEP 3
  • RP-T team will review and process the application and deliver the pass to your preferred delivery address as stated in the system
  • Notification will be sent to applicant for delivery attempts.


STEP 4

Pos Malaysia will deliver the pass and applicant will need to paste the pass into the passport during the delivery process

The pass will be delivered to the applicant by Pos Malaysia as follows:

  1. Klang Valley: Two (2) working days
  2. Other States: Three (3) working days.

B. PASS PRINTING AT ESC KLIA
Applicant who is currently abroad (for new application only) may choose to endorse their passes at KLIA international airport (KLIA) during the submission of endorsement process. This option will enable them to complete the process as soon as they arrived in Malaysia after the endorsement stage has been approved.
To find out how to proceed with pass printing at ESC KLIA, follow these steps.
STEP 1

Payment of Immigration fees via e-payment online

Initiate pass printing via RP-T online, upload the required documents and submit the application


STEP 3
  • RP-T team will review the application and to check the documents completeness
  • If the documents are completed, the RP-T team will approve the application for pass printing at ESC KLIA.


STEP 4

  • The applicant will need to print the ESC Endorsement Letter at the Pass Status tab in the RP-T Portal and prepare for entry into Malaysia.
  • After Immigration clearance at the KLIA, applicant will need to proceed to the ESC KLIA for passport verification and pass printing.
