TRANSFER OF ENDORSEMENT
If you are an existing Resident Pass –Talent (RP-T) holder who has recently obtained a new passport and your current RP-T pass has a validity of more than six (6) months, you will need to transfer your existing pass from the old passport to the new passport. This is where you can find out how to initiate the Transfer of Endorsement (ToE) process.
*Kindly take note that the Transfer of Endorsement (ToE) will only transferring the current pass validity from old passport to the new passport. It will not extend the current pass validity.
We recommend that you have your new passport ready before initiating this process.
Log in with existing user ID and password to access application at rpt.talentcorp.com.my
Go to Update Details and Request for Update Details. Select Change of passport, and fill up the required fields. Please ensure that details are up-to-date.
Upload all essential documents. Documents can be submitted in PDF only.
Upon completion, please click on the Submit button.
Thereafter, submit an appointment request and upload documents via MyHelp Appointment system for Transfer of Endorsement request. See provided checklist.
Upon receipt of notification containing payment details (if any), submit your original passports (old and new) at MYXpats Centre and make payment for immigration fees (Credit/Debit card only).
RP-T TRANSFER OF ENDORSEMENT CHECKLIST

1. RP-T - Main Applicant
- A copy of the old and new passport (only the ID page, current valid pass and latest entry stamp)
- One passport-sized photo with light blue background
- Completed IMM16 form (signature is compulsory)

2. Dependents (if any) – spouse, children or legally adopted children under 18 years old
- A copy of the old and new passport (only the ID page, current valid pass and latest entry stamp)
- A copy of the RP-T main applicant’s passport (only the ID page and current valid pass)
- One passport-sized photo with light blue background
- Completed IMM16 form (signature is compulsory)

3. Children between 18 to 24 years old, parents, parent in-law and common law spouse
- A copy of the old and new passport (only the ID page, current valid pass and latest entry stamp)
- A copy of the RP-T main applicant’s passport (only the ID page and current valid pass)
- One passport-sized photo with light blue background
- Completed IMM16 form (signature is compulsory)

4. Supporting documents (if applicable)
- Overseas and Malaysian police reports for cases where passport is lost abroad
- Malaysian police report if passport is lost in Malaysia
- Letter from Embassy if the old passport has been taken by the Embassy

PASSPORT COLLECTION
The applicant will be informed once endorsement is completed by the Immigration Department. The applicant may proceed to collect their passport(s) at the MYXpats Centre within 5 working days (subject to the Immigration Department's discretion).
