Welcome to the Residence Pass-Talent (RP-T) Terms and Conditions. This is important and affects your legal rights so please read them and our Data Protection & Privacy Policy, and other terms referenced in this document carefully.
Residence Pass-Talent (RP-T)
  1. TalentCorp reserves the right to withdraw any or all services provided on this online portal at any time without giving prior notice or reason(s).
  2. TalentCorp reserves the right to reject a RP-T application without providing a reason(s). 
  3. TalentCorp reserves the right to withdraw or revoke any approval(s) that has/have been given in-principle at any time without giving prior notice or reason(s). 
  4. Incomplete or improperly completed RP-T application will be returned. 
  5. TalentCorp may request additional information, certification and/or verification of any information declared on the RP-T application from the applicant. Failure to provide such information will result in the rejection of the RP-T application, or withdrawal of the in-principle approval. 
  6. Any person who makes any false statement(s) to Government Bodies is liable to be prosecuted. 
  7. There shall be no refund of fees paid for the submitted application of RP-T which do not meet the eligibility criteria. Refunds may be considered for the following cases, subject to TalentCorp's discretion:
    1. Application is not submitted after payment of fees.
    2.  Wrong type of application is submitted; e.g Renewal application instead of Post 10 Year application.

  8. TalentCorp shall not be liable for any losses, damage or costs incurred by any person arising and related to an application, the issuance or withdrawal of any in principle approval,  or arising from the use of this online portal. 
  9. RP-T applicants must ensure the passport number used for their application matches the passport used for their Employment Pass issuance.
  10. Once approved, RP-T cannot be transferred to a different Nationality passport without approval. 
  11. The issuance and endorsement of RP-T is at the discretion of Immigration Department of Malaysia and is subject to status clearance, and the provisions of the Immigration Act 1959/1963 and the Immigration Regulations 1963. The issuance and endorsement of the RP-T is also subject to the approval(s) of any other relevant authorities. A violation of any of the above conditions will affect the Employer and/or the applicant's future applications for issuance of passes pursuant to the Immigration Act 1959/1963 and the Immigration Regulations 1963.
