Announcement on RP-T submissionS for new applications and extension of endorsement

Dear valued clients,
Kindly note that children of RP-T holders with Social Visit Pass (SVP) are not allowed to study at local universities or intern/work in Malaysia.
With immediate effect, please be informed that the following will be implemented for any RP-T submissions for both new applications and extension of endorsement:
- Passport validity of more than 12 months
- Passport has at least six (6) empty pages
- Existing pass must be valid for more than 7 working days for submission of endorsement
- If the existing pass is due to expire in less than 7 working days, applicants are required to apply a new valid pass prior to submission of the application to MYXpats Centre
- e-Visa holders entering the country using e-Visa are not allowed to apply for any other pass during the said duration in the country
- For returned application cases, applicants are required to respond within 3 working days
- Re-submission can only be done with the complete set of required documents. Should applicants fail to respond with required documents, applicants will need to be present at MYXpats Centre to collect all documents, passports and payment
- Passports are to be submitted with payment to the Immigration Department and complete set of required documents
- The renewal application has to be submitted 3 months prior to the expiry date of the pass, failing which the applicant will have to be present at the Enforcement Unit, Immigration Department at Putrajaya to obtain clearance
