Reference is made to the latest announcement on Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak from the Prime Minister Office dated 27th January 2020 and the announcements from ESD website dated 29th January 2020, 11th February 2020 and 3rd March 2020 respectively. The Government of Malaysia has decided to put on hold for all type of entry visas from all nationalities who were present in (Lombardy, Veneto, and Emilia-Romagna in Italy), (Hokkaido in Japan) and (Tehran, Qom and Gilan in Iran) for the last 14 days before entering Malaysia.

With immediate effect, please be informed to the additional restrictions of the following visitor into Malaysia for the last 14 days:

1. ALL NATIONALITIES who were present in:
    I. Lombardy, Veneto, and Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
   II. Hokkaido in Japan
  III. Tehran, Qom and Gilan in Iran
