In reference to the Government’s announcement made on 7 November 2020, please be informed that Immigration Department of Malaysia counter services in Peninsular Malaysia and MYXpats Centre at Mutiara Damansara will be temporarily CLOSED until further notice, with the exception of Immigration Department of Malaysia in Pahang, Kelantan and Perlis.

For any approved and confirmed appointment via STO or MyHelp in ESD/RPT online system from 9 NOVEMBER 2020 onwards, you are required to reschedule your appointment AFTER the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) is lifted.
