Dear Valued RP-T Holders and Applicants,
Starting 30 May 2025, eligible refund requests can now be submitted directly through the Residence Pass-Talent (RP-T) system.
Refunds will only be considered for the following situations:
- Wrong Application Type Submitted.
- Example: Talent meant to apply for Post 10-Year but accidentally submitted a Renewal application.
- Application Withdrawn After Payment but Before Submission.
- Example: Applicant paid for an application but decided not to proceed, and the application was never submitted.
- Duplicate Application Submission.
- Example: Applicant submitted and paid for a second application for a dependent who was already added.
Please take note:Refunds
will NOT be given for changes of mind or any other reasons outside the 3 scenarios listed above.
Once an application has been submitted and processed, the fee is
non-refundable, (unless it falls under the approved scenarios above).
