We refer to the latest announcement made by Malaysia’s Prime Minister on 1 May 2020 which allows most industry and business activities to operate by adhering to the strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in place to protect us from the COVID-19 virus.
In order to observe social distancing and to discourage crowds at Immigration office and MYXpats Centre,
company and
Residence Pass–Talent (RP-T) holders are required to apply for MyHelp Online Appointment before proceeding with any passport/payment submissions and endorsement processes at the Expatriate Services Division (ESD), Immigration office at Putrajaya OR MYXpats Centre.
Strictly no walk-in allowed, and
no one will be allowed to enter without a confirmed appointment made via the system.
Below is the operation schedule:
a) ESD, Immigration Office at Putrajaya will resume operations on Wednesday, 6 May 2020.
Operation hours:
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday
12:15 p.m. - 2:45 p.m., Fridays (CLOSED)
b) MYXpats Centre will resume operations on Wednesday, 13 May 2020.Operation hours:
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday
12:15 p.m. - 2:45 p.m., Fridays (CLOSED)
Company and RP-T holders will be able to apply for
MyHelp Online Appointment through the system on the following dates:
a) Registered company in ESD Online via esd.imi.gov.my on Monday, 4 May 2020 (6.00am)
b) Residence Pass-Talent (RP-T) via rpt.talentcorp.com.my on Wednesday, 6 May 2020 (6.00am)
