MYXPATS CENTRE HALF-DAY CLOSURE ON 24TH NOVEMBER 2023 (FRIDAY)
Dear Valued Clients,
Please be informed that the MYXpats Centre will be closed for half a day on Friday, 24th November 2023, from 12:15 PM to 5:00 PM.
During this closure, MYXpats Centre’s counter, telephone, and email services will not be available. However, the ESD, RP-T and REP systems are accessible, and companies/talent can submit applications online.
The relevant cut-off date and timeline details are as below for reference:
a) PASSPORT SUBMISSION, SUB-PRODUCT PAYMENT, AND PASSPORT COLLECTION
All pending passport submissions, sub-product payments, and passport collections must be made before 12.15 pm on Friday, 24th November 2023. The standard 3-work day processing timeline applies. Normal hours will resume on Monday, 27th November 2023.
b) PAYMENT FOR PASS DELIVERY
For endorsement payments that are made before 5.00 pm on Thursday, 23rd November 2023, passes will be delivered on Friday, 24th November 2023. Any payments made on Friday, 24th November 2023, pass delivery will resume on Monday, 27th November 2023.
