Please be informed that the
MYXpats Centre will be closed for half a day on Friday,
3 October 2025, from
12:15 PM to 5:00 PM.
This temporary closure is due to a scheduled staff training session. During this period, the service counter will be closed, but telephone and email support will remain available. The ESD and RP-T systems will continue to operate as usual, and applications may still be submitted online.
The relevant cut-off date and timeline details are as follows:
- PASSPORT SUBMISSION, SUB-PRODUCT PAYMENT, AND PASSPORT COLLECTION
Kindly note that all pending passport submissions, sub-product payments, and passport collections must be made before 12.15 pm on Friday, 3 October 2025. The standard three (3) working days processing timeline applies.
Normal operating hours will resume on Monday, 6 October 2025.
