Please be informed that the 
MYXpats Centre will be closed for half a day on Friday, 
31 October 2025, from 
12:15 PM to 5:00 PM.
During this closure, MYXpats Centre's counter, telephone, and email services will not be available. However, the ESD and RP-T systems are accessible, and companies/talent can submit applications online. 
The relevant cut-off date and timeline details are as follows:
- PASSPORT SUBMISSION, SUB-PRODUCT PAYMENT, AND PASSPORT COLLECTION
Kindly note that all pending passport submissions, sub-product payments, and passport collections must be made before 12.15 pm on Friday, 31 October 2025. The standard three (3) working days processing timeline applies. 
Normal operating hours will resume on Monday, 3 November 2025.
