MYXPATS CENTRE HARI RAYA 2022 OPERATING HOURS
Dear valued clients,
In conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidilfitri festivities, we wish to inform that the MYXpats Centre (Surian Tower and Penang) will be closed on Tuesday, 3 May 2022 and Wednesday, 4 May 2022. During this period, the MYXpats Centre counter, telephone and email services will not be available to clients.
We will resume operations on Thursday, 5 May 2022.
The last day to initiate online endorsement, online payment, and submission for payment for pass endorsement (via MYHELP Appointment) before the Hari Raya Aidilfitri break is as follows:

| Employment Pass and Related Passes: | Initiation for Endorsement (For Pass Delivery) Before 12pm on Monday, 18 April 2022. This is to ensure all payment verification and approvals are received within 3 working days. Immigration Online Payment (For Pass Delivery) Before 12pm on Friday, 22 April 2022. This is to ensure all passes can be delivered before 29th April 2022. For those with payment made after 12pm on Friday, 22 April 2022, the passes will be delivered after Thursday, 5 May 2022. Submission for Payment and Pass Endorsement (via MYHelp Appointment) Before 12pm on Monday, 25 April 2022. This is to ensure all passports can be collected within charter of 3 working days. All submitted passports will be returned and must be collected by the company latest by Thursday, 28 April 2022. |

ESD System and RP-T Online System
During this time, companies/talent will still be able to access the system and submit applications online. All application submitted through the ESD or RP-T on Friday, 29 April 2022 will be processed on Thursday, 5 May 2022.
