MYXPATS CENTRE HARI RAYA 2023 OPERATING HOURS

Dear valued clients,
In conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidilfitri festivities, we wish to inform that the MYXpats Centre (Surian Tower and Penang) will be closed on Monday, 24 April 2023. During this period, the MYXpats Centre counter, telephone and email services will not be available to clients.
Please refer to the cut-off date details below:
a) CUT-OFF DATE FOR SUBMISSION AND COLLECTION PASSPORT
1. Passport Submission: Wednesday, 19 April 2023 (before 12.00 pm)
2. Passport Collection: Thursday, 20 April 2023 or after we resume our operations
b) CUT-OFF DATE PAYMENT FOR PASS DELIVERY
WEST MALAYSIA:
EAST MALAYSIA:
During this time, companies/talent will still be able to access the system and submit applications online. All application submitted through the ESD or RP-T system on Friday, 21 April 2023 will be processed on Tuesday, 25 April 2023.
