In conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidilfitri festivities, please be informed that the MYXpats Centre (Surian Tower and Penang) will be closed on
10 - 11 April 2024. During this period, the MYXpats Centre counter, telephone and email services will not be available to clients.
Please refer to the cut-off date details below:
a) CUT-OFF DATE FOR PASSPORT SUBMISSION AND COLLECTION - Passport Submission: Thursday, 04 April 2024 (before 12.00 pm)
- Passport Collection: Tuesday, 09 April 2024 (before 1.00 pm) or after we resume operations.
b) CUT-OFF DATE PAYMENT FOR PASS DELIVERY WEST MALAYSIA:- Payment made: Wednesday, 03 April 2024 (before 12.00 pm)
- Payment made: Wednesday, 03 April 2024 (after 12.00 pm)
*MYXPATS Helpdesk will email the employer to collect the pass at MYXPATS CENTRE, LEVEL 4, SURIAN TOWER
before Tuesday, 09 April 2024.
EAST MALAYSIA:- Payment made: Monday, 01 April 2024 (before 12.00 pm)
Any payment made after the cut-off date, the pass will be delivered starting from Friday, 12 April 2024 or after we resume our operations.
During this time, companies/talents will still be able to access the system and submit applications online. All applications submitted through the ESD or RP-T system on Tuesday, 09 April 2024 (after 4.00 pm) will be processed on the next working day, Friday, 12 April 2024.
