With immediate effect, please be informed that all documents for new RP-T and extension of endorsement applications can be now submitted via RP-T online system at the RP-T website.
There will be no need for hard copies submission at MYXpats Centre counter.
Submissions of physical documents at the counter will stop beginning 14 August 2017. Any additional documents or clarification required will be communicated to applicants through the RP-T online system.
Upon online submission of all required documents, all RP-T applications will be processed for approval within 14 working days by the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
Upon approval, applicants will then receive a notification email with information regarding the submission of passport(s) and payment for RP-T endorsement at the MYXpats Centre. Applicants will later be notified once the endorsement stage is completed - within 5 working days (subject to the Immigration Department's discretion).
Upon receipt of notification, the applicant may proceed to collect their passport(s) at the MYXpats Centre.
The process will be the same for extension of endorsement applications.
