REMINDER ON CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO APPLICATION

Please take note of the following conditions that are to be met prior to your application:
- There is more than 12 months validity on the applicant’s passport.
- Applicant’s passport has at least six (6) empty consecutive pages.
- Applicant with e-Visa on Social is not allowed to be converted to any other Visas (Visa-based stay), for pass application.
- Applicant will not be allowed to enter Malaysia using e-Visa on Social for long term pass application.
- Applicant must have a valid Employment Pass of more than seven (7) working days for submission of endorsement.
- Applicant must be in Malaysia during the pass printing (endorsement) stage. This process will take approximately five (5) working days and we do not encourage the applicant to travel during this period as it may interrupt the endorsement process.
- For Transfer of Endorsement (ToE) applications, please also submit the latest entry stamp into Malaysia from the passport/ e-Gate slip/ travel ticket as part of document submission.
