RP-T Customer Experience Survey: Help us to improve our services

Dear TalentCorp RP-T holders,

We are pleased to share that we are extending the customer experience survey to 30th June 2023.

We would like to obtain your feedback regarding your experience with the Residence Pass-Talent (RP-T) application process, as well as your satisfaction with the quality of services you've received from TalentCorp and MYXpats. Your feedback will be used to improve our existing services, practices, and processes.

All information provided through this exercise will be kept strictly confidential. Any information submitted will only be referred to internally for the purpose of the survey.

This survey consists of eleven (11) questions and should take no more than eleven (11) minutes to complete.
