Temporary RP-T Processing Fee Payment Downtime

Dear Valued RP-T Holders and Applicants,


We would like to inform you that the payment gateway in the RP-T system will be undergoing an upgrade. As a result, payments via the RP-T system will be temporarily unavailable.

Below are the downtime details: -

RP-T Payment System Downtime:

  • Start: 21st March 2025 (Friday), 12:00 AM
  • End: 23rd March 2025 (Sunday), 11:59 PM

During this period, you will not be able to proceed with RP-T application and processing fee. However, payment for Immigration fees will not be affected and can proceed as usual.

You will continue to have access to the RP-T system; therefore, you will be able to check status, upload documents and submit application (if payment have been made before the scheduled downtime) via the RP-T system.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our services.
