With reference to the Prime Minister’s announcement on 18 April 2023, we wish to inform that the MYXpats Centre (Mutiara Damansara and Penang) will be closed for Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations on Friday, 21 April 2023 and Monday, 24 April 2023. During this period, the MYXpats Centre counter, telephone and email services will not be available to clients.

There are no changes to the cut-off date for submission and collection of passports as per our announcement made on 10 April 2023.

During this time, companies/ individuals will still be able to access the system and submit applications online. All application submitted through the ESD or RP-T system on Thursday, 20 April 2023 will be processed on Tuesday, 25 April 2023.
