ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR RP-T POST-10-YEARS

Confirm your eligibility for the RP-T POST-10-YEARS before beginning your application.

To be considered for the RP-T POST-10-YEARS, applicants have to first fulfil the following criteria:
  • Has worked in Malaysia for a minimum of three (3) consecutive years at the time of application.
  • Holds a valid RP-T pass in the current passport.
  • Earns a basic monthly salary of RM15,000 which excludes any allowances and/or bonuses.
  • The applicant must earn a basic monthly salary of at least RM15,000 (excluding allowances and bonuses) and hold a valid Malaysian income tax file number. Proof of income tax paid for the most recent five (5) years is required. The declared annual basic salary must align with the minimum monthly income threshold.
  • Holds a PhD/Master's/Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline from a recognised university or a professional/competency certificate from a recognised professional institute.
  • Possesses at least 5 years of total work experience.

*Above are the MINIMUM criteria required for RP-T POST-10-YEARS approval. However, the approval status of the application is subject to the discretion of the RP-T Panel.
