Requirement Removal: Letter of Undertaking (LOU) at International Entry Points for Travellers

Dear Valued Clients,

On behalf of the Government of Malaysia and the National Disaster Management Agency (NADMA), we are pleased to inform that the requirement of the Letter of Undertaking (LOU) document at International Entry Points has been revoked effective 1st May 2021.

Please note that travellers are still required to provide the MYEntry Approval Letter at the entry point.

Please be reminded that the above measures will be reviewed on a regular basis by the Government of Malaysia. For any enquiries related to the LOU at international entry points for travellers, kindly contact NADMA.
