One of my key contributions is Mint FM, now the largest family medicine training programme in Malaysia, graduating over 100 doctors per year and shaping the future of healthcare. The RP-T has also enabled me to develop young talent in universities, particularly by integrating soft skills training to help graduates become employment-ready. With RP-T’s stability, I have been able to drive meaningful change in Malaysia’s education and healthcare sectors.”
